The Challenge 25 policy is a precautionary measure used to prevent the sale of alcohol to individuals under the legal drinking age. Under this policy, if the courier believes the recipient looks under 25, they are required to ask for valid photo identification (such as a passport or driver's license) to prove the recipient is at least 18 years old.

If the recipient is unable to provide valid ID, the delivery will not be completed, and the order may be returned to us. Please ensure someone of legal drinking age is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
