If you’ve missed your delivery, our couriers (DPD, DHL, or Royal Mail) will usually attempt to deliver again or leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. You may also receive an email or text message with a link to reschedule your delivery or provide additional delivery instructions.
For alcohol deliveries, please ensure that someone of legal drinking age is available to sign for the package on the next delivery attempt. If the delivery is missed multiple times, the package may be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
