If there’s an issue with your item, such as damage or receiving the wrong product, please contact our customer service team straight away. Be sure to have your order number and details about the problem to hand.

We may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue quickly. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
